Job Responsibilities: Maintains safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel. Security Officer Job Duties: • Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry. • Obtains help by sounding alarms. • Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers. • Controls traffic by directing drivers. • Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures. • Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls. • Maintains organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements. • Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques. • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Don't leave your assigned place without informing your supervisor • Don't allow any ESS employee to enter DHA except cleaners or with the permission of supervisor • don't allow any customer short dressed to enter DHA area • Escalate any problem to your supervisor immediately • Check every customer's application & original passport, Emirates ID or UAE Driving license. • Wear white shirt, black trouser, tie, black shoe, black socks, ESS ID & half sleeve vest. • Guide every customer to correct area without moving from assigned place. • Scan every application to the barcode placed near DHA entrance. • Logout for your every break • Don't be late to your work • Treat the customer very politely and humbly • Don't allow any unauthorized person to enter DHA without permission from your supervisor • Monitor your area while standing in your assigned place and inform your supervisor by walkie talkie if you have spot any suspicious act. Requirements: • High School diploma with relevant experience. • Employment: Full Time • 3 YEAR experience is must in same field • Attention to detail. • MUST HAVE SIRA LICENCE
